Monthly Bookkeeping and Accounting duties:
Bank and petty cash processing and reconciliation.General Ledger Journal processing and reconciliation.
Debtor billing (Accounts receivable) and Creditors (Accounts payable), processing, reconciliation and age analysis review.
Stock Control processing and review.
Maintaining the fixed asset register and wear and tear register.
We have the expertise and knowledge to deal with Forex accounting issues.
Preparation of budgets and forecast.
Preparation of monthly management accounts, which includes Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Ratio analysis.
Complete year end procedures required for the external audit to ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards
Calculation, completion and submission of VAT 201 via E-Filing to SARS.
Trust bank account accounting services provided for Law Firms and Real Estate Agencies to ensure compliance with the various Board requirements.
Payroll Duties:
Processing of monthly salaries and wages for weekly and fortnightly employees including preparation of payslips
Administration of leave
Processing of overtime, loans, bonus schedules, advances, travel claims, retrenchments and directors fees
Processing of and administering of changes (such as banking details) in respect of individual employees
Salary structuring and advisory services
Preparation and completion of the following monthly documents and reports:
SARS EMP 201declaration (PAYE,UIF and SDL) submission via E-Filing
UIF return to the Department of Labour
Third party payment reports ( Pension, Medical Aid, Garnishees etc)
Preparation and submission of the following yearly documents:
Preparation of IRP5 and IT3 tax certificates
Preparation and submission of EMP501 reconciliation (Bi-annual and Annual) via Easyfile.
Occupational Injuries and Diseases Return (OID previously known as Workman’s Compensation)
Quarterly reports to Statistics SA.
