NCS - Nitor Consulting Solutions was started in October 2006 by Derick Williams. Nitor Consulting Solutions was at the offset primarily a training company. However requests from clients lead to a systematic evolution of the company. This meant that a new list of services was added. It focused for example on some of the following: auxiliary business services, mentorship of young upstarts and facilitation which eventually evolved into consulting.
