Latita Investments

Latita Investments is a division of Latita Communications and forms part of the company's broader empowerment objectives. The investment projects are empowerment vehicles driven to further add sustainable profitability to the company's portfolio. The investment portfolio primarily focuses on building a broad fixed asset portfolio through property acquisition; venture capital reserve fund generation through capital projects and diversified co-operative fund investments.
The long-term strategy is to incorporate a social investment programme facilitated through the capital provision of our investment division in building low cost housing for communities in remote areas, who do not have the economic means to purchase houses for themselves. This will also include the development of schools, healthcare facilities, recreational facilities and libraries.
Currently we have established investor relationships with a number of private equity partners in South Africa, Europe and North America.
