I am clinical psychologist providing short and longer term therapy for children and adults in Sea Point, Cape Town.

FOR CHILDREN: I provide therapeutic input that is developmentally appropriate and suited to the specific challenges that you and your child might be facing.
Focus Areas for Child Therapy include: Anxiety, Separation Difficulties, Bereavement, Behavioral challenges, Adjusting to Changes such as coping with the birth of sibling, parent's divorce and going to a new school.

FOR ADULTS: I provide short and longer term individual therapy. The first two sessions would provide an opportunity for you to express your current concerns and it would allow me to get a better understanding of what you are experiencing. Thereafter, we can discuss a therapeutic approach moving forward.
Focus Areas include: Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Coping with life transitions such as adjusting to student life or managing relationship changes, Coping with physical health problems and adjusting to life affecting medical diagnoses and Personal Development.
