JTM Design is a Randburg, Johannesburg based architectural services company serving the Architectural and Property Industry. We provide a wide range of services on a regional level to all professionals in the Architectural and Property Industry. JTM Design was established by Johan and Tamryn Massyn, who are both Architectural Draughtspersons. They saw a niche in the market for Architectural services being offered to the Architectural, and Property Industry.

Our Vision is to become the preferred supplier of fast and accurate building documents for the Architectural and Property Industry.
Our Mission is to provide all our clients with the best possible service we can offer by producing high quality building plans and step by step project guidance.
Our Objective is to help professionals provide good services to their clients by decreasing their workload and enabling them to become more productive.

1. Architectural design - from concept to full council submission drawings
2. Measuring up of existing buildings on a property
3. Converting concept drawings to full council submission/construction drawings as per Architectural professional's guidelines.
4. Converting hand drawings to digital drawings (AutoCAD)
5. Energy Efficiency Drawings - We can assist with all Fenestration Calculations, Artificial Ventilation Calculations and Ther censoredInsulation requirements for roofs, walls and hot water systems.
