The Corporate and Commercial Law Department offer our clients a hands-on business focused service that provides solutions to the client's real world problems. We are not only experienced in the law but experienced in business which affords us the unique opportunity of being able to look at the issues from the client's perspective.

Commercial contract expertise has been developed into one of our key service offerings. We assist clients by perusing their contracts and provide help with drafting of contracts such as sale agreements, lease agreements and building contracts. We advise and assist company Boards and CEOs with drafting and registering any of the various forms of companies and trusts, and drawing up of Memoranda of Incorporation (MOI's) and partnership agreements. We have registered Trusts to accommodate the BBBEE shareholding of numerous JSE listed companies.

The Incomp-Law team is adept at handling a wide range of litigation that can arise from property and general commercial contractual arrangements, including High Court actions, and administrative appeals.

Ruth's experience in these entities, provide clients with additional discernment into the workings of Corporate Governance. We routinely advise companies and various other organisations on the entire spectrum of corporate governance issues and compliance with the latest regulatory requirements.

Ruth has a certificate in Corporate Law as well as masters in commercial law. Her experience in these entities, provide clients with additional discernment into the workings of Corporate Governance. Business Rescue

With Certificate in Business Rescue Practice, we are conversant with all the legal mechanisms in Chapter 6 of the new Companies Act, we arrange total protection from creditors for your troubled business, while the Incomp-Law Rescue Division apply their entrepreneurial knowledge to developing an effective turnaround strategy together with outsiurced professionals to handle this.

THE SIMPLE TRUTH ON INCOMP-LAW
INCOMP-LAW was founded by Ruth Diale, an admitted Attorney and professional negotiator in 2013. Ruth recognised a need for businesses to have more affordable, more understandable and more accessible access to legal services. This is particularly the case for small companies. INCOMP-LAW aims to address this problem by putting value for clients first.
Why is affordable access necessary?
Without affordable access businesses and individuals are often put off taking the prudent steps that will protect them and their assets in the future. This means that frequently avoidable legal mistakes are made which end up costing dearly later on. Mistakes in contracts, funding agreements or in relation to their Intellectual Property, for example, can severely damage the exit valuation of a Company. By making access to legal advice and contracts easy and affordable, we hope that INCOMP-LAW can keep its clients safe and sound and play a part in making it easier for businesses and individuals to stay on top of these important matters. We also want it to help restore trust in the service that lawyers can provide.
Why Understandable?

Other services - Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration
Good deals don't happen by chance! We have a team of qualified and experienced negotiators to help you through your negotiation however large or small. If you reach deadlock over a clause in a contract, an entire agreement or have a dispute - we can provide a negotiator to close the deal, or a mediator to help settle the argument.
