We provide labour law services to SME's, on both a retainer- and non-retainer basis.
Drawing from 20 years of experience in the profession, Jana Hartmann (BLC LLB), a qualified attorney, will provide you with a pro-active approach at reasonable tariffs.
The services, which are provided for, are the following:
1. Perusal and amendment of existing contracts, policies and procedures;
2. Drafting of necessary additional contracts, policies and procedures;
3. Unlimited telephonic labour advice to retainer clients;
4. Chairing of client's internal disciplinary hearings;
5. Attending clients' offices to assess labour- and general business law compliance;
6. Generating comprehensive reports on legal issues requiring attention; and
7. Providing basic labour law training to managers/supervisors, as well as the holding of seminars on current topics.
A standard rate of R800.00 per hour is charged for all services rendered.
Travelling time and -costs are included in the hourly rate, within the Johannesburg-, Pretoria- and East Rand Areas.
