Our lifestyle studio opened in January 2012. Our main focus is to help individuals lose weight, build muscle and increase fitness levels. We focus on EMS training both strength and cardio.Programmes are tailor made to suit each individual clients needs as we understand no two people are alike. Training is on a one on one basis, the ultimate in Personal Training as each client not only has the trainer to themselves but also the entire studio and all the equipment. The studio also offers Spray Tanning, Eyelash Extensions and soon Facials, waxes and gel nails will be available.
