Advanced Power Steering is a family business dedicated to Quality and Service. Carl has 26 years experience in repairing Power Steering Systems and can diagnose problems in this Specialized field. Advanced Power Steering is all about Quality - the entire component is stripped, assessed and repaired. Shafts are hard chromed to alleviate any scratched or pitt marks that may cause the fluid to bypass the seals. All seals are replaced with new ones as they may become brittle and not hold the fluids in this high pressure system. Once repaired Power Steering Racks are then pressure tested and now these overhauled racks, pumps and boxes carry an Advanced Power Steering 12 month guarantee. Pumps need to be tested on the vehicle. Fluids are flushed out the system if contaminated and replaced. Wheel Alignment is reset. We service Workshops as well as the general public, we repair loose units as well as a Systems still on the vehicle. We pride ourselves on personal attention and excellent service. We can arrange a collect and delivery service in the Cape Town area. Loose units can be sent to us from out of town for repairs.
